These islands are located south of Alonissos, at a distance of about 6 nautical miles from Patitiri port, and they are divided by a narrow strip of sea. The sea floor is quite rich and this is why diving schools in Alonissos use this area for their diving lessons. Like Peristera, Dio Aderfia belong to Zone B of Alonissos Marine Park.
